I’m a pretty happy person. I’ve been described as gregarious, optimistic, and “She has a light that shines.”
But I struggle with recurring depression. One day not too long ago I was feeling down for no obvious reason. I thought about texting my therapist to ask “What is something I can do to help myself feel better right now?” Then I thought to myself, “You know the answers to that. You just don’t have quick, easy access to what you’ve learned.”
So I made a reference sheet to remind myself of the many things I can do to lift my mood, even in the moment.
This set of pages is what I created for myself, and I want to share them with you.
Because I know I’m not the only one who can use a mood-boost once in a while.
